Marketing Support: We’ve a dedicated team to support you through social media. We run multiple campaigns of Facebook & Instagram to generate enquiries and for branding purpose. As per the proposal, we also do local SEO & WhatsApp marketing to increase the walk-ins.
Staff Hiring Support: Our HR helps a center to line-up applicants as per vacancies. We run vacancy ads to conduct interview. We take telephonic round, shortlist genuine applicants and send to our center for written & verbal interview.
Staff Training Support: We conduct training programs online / offline for trainers, counselors & marketing executives. We’ve regular training and brush up programs for staff on Saturdays. We train a trainer for our techniques and contents to serve standard quality of training.
Operational Support: We assist a franchisee in making local tie-ups to increase admissions. We guide the trainer and counselor to run a batch wise system. We make a reporting system for enquiries, admissions, training, collection to update the owner of the franchisee as well as us.
Study Material Support: Our courses consist books and mobile applications. We’ve copyrighted books and apps. to serve better quality.
Stationary Support: A franchisee gets EASE logo printed assessment tool, enquiry pad, counsellor pad, receipt book, RFR diary, etc.
Designing Support: We’ve 250+ ready to use designs for marketing, internal & external use.
